For women in perimenopause and beyond

"What am I supposed to do with my body today?"

A daily-decision strength training app for women navigating midlife hormonal change. Train smarter. See it working, in your own data.

The difference, in one line

Theirs you watch. Ours watches you back.

Other apps hand you a programme. Maren learns from your sleep, training, and symptoms — then tells you, every morning, exactly what your body needs today.

What Maren does

Three things, done seriously well.

Not a content library. Not a tracker. Not a clinic. A daily decision system that puts the question of "what now" to bed.

01

A daily call

Sixty seconds in the morning. Train hard, train light, or rest — with a one-paragraph reason in plain language. No guessing.

— the daily ritual

02

Programming for your body, now

Heavy compound strength training, sequenced by women's-health clinicians. Bone density and lean mass are the goal. Joint mileage is respected.

— evidence-led, joint-aware

03

Your own data, back at you

After three weeks, Maren surfaces patterns you couldn't see on your own. "On weeks you trained three times, your hot flashes dropped 34%." The screenshot you send to your sister.

YOUR WEEKLY INSIGHT

The moment that matters

The screenshot you'll send to your sister.

01

Specific.

Her number, not a generic claim. 34% — measured from her own training and tracking, not invented.

02

Surprising.

She didn't know her own data could tell her that. The moment she realises is the moment she trusts it.

03

Validating.

Lifting is hard. Showing her that her hot flashes drop 34% in training weeks turns effort into evidence.

04

Defensible.

Generic apps can't ship this on day one. It needs months of her data, correlated through a thoughtful model.

Why this, why now

"Your generic gym app is recommending HIIT classes designed for women in their twenties. Your GP gave you a leaflet on yoga and a six-month wait. You deserve better than that."

What sets Maren apart

The honest comparison.

Most apps

  • Static programmes — same on every day
  • Video libraries to watch, alone
  • Built for 25-year-olds, lightly relabelled
  • Tell you what to do, never if it works
  • Symptoms tracked separately from training
  • One-size-fits-all

Maren

  • A new call every day, based on you
  • A coach. Every session has a "why"
  • Designed by women's-health clinicians for this body, now
  • Insights from your own data — proof it's working
  • Symptoms and training, connected
  • Personal. Better the longer you use it
Common questions

Things people ask before they sign up.

We're running a closed alpha through summer 2026 with about 30 women in our target demographic. TestFlight beta opens in August. Public App Store launch is planned for September. If you join the waitlist now, you'll be first to hear when alpha invitations go out.
No. Maren is built for women returning to lifting after years off, and for women starting from scratch. The programming begins with foundational compound movements at your level. The "daily call" reduces the cognitive load that puts most women off lifting in the first place.
No. Maren is a coaching app, not a medical service. We don't prescribe HRT, diagnose conditions, or replace your GP. What we do is help you have better conversations with your doctor — including, in the next version, a clinical-grade summary report you can take to your appointment.
Your data belongs to you. Encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell to third parties — ever. We're built to be GDPR-compliant from day one because we're a UK company and because it's the right thing to do.
We're testing pricing in alpha and beta. Expected at launch: around £19.99/month or £149/year, with a 7-day free trial. Founding members from the alpha will lock in a permanent founder rate.
A small London-based team: a technical founder, a CEO with deep women's-health experience, a designer, and a clinical advisory team. We're not a venture-funded media brand pivoting into wellness — we're builders, and this is the thing we wake up thinking about.
